We wish to extend a warm invitation to 2024 Canadian Healthcare Engineering Society (CHES) – BC Chapter’s Annual Conference and Trade Show, being held on June 2-4, 2024 at the Whistler Conference Centre in Whistler, BC.
HOST HOTEL
Our host hotel is the Delta Hotel located at 4308 Main St, Whistler. You may book your room using the reservation link above to access our special rate for this conference. If you are not able to secure accommodation at the Delta, check out the Aava and the Pan Pacific Hotels for a preferred rate.
EXHIBITORS
Take some time to review the EXHIBITOR PROSPECTUS which details the Conference extra costs, floor plan, location, and dates. New for this year, our booths will be 8x8 feet.
Check out our Conference Invitation to find all the details you need to get started. Our booths are $1500 each for CHES Members and $1650 for non-Members. Each additional booth staff is $200 and each additional banquet ticket is $85.
Our Show Services provider is Show in Motion. Booth setup (including additional furnishings required), material handling & shipping is to be arranged using the CHES BC 2024 EXHIBITOR MANUAL. To access this document click on the link above.
