CHES is aware of a service provider of the name "Exhibition Housing Services (EHS)" which has contacted exhibitors, citing the name of our event, to offer hotel reservation services.

Please note that Exhibition Housing Services does not represent CHES or its events, nor have we authorized them to use our name or trademarks on information they send out to exhibitors.

If you are contacted regarding Exhibition Housing Services using our name or the name of our events and are offered hotel reservation services, please do not sign anything.

NEW for 2013! IPAD prize draw for delegates of CHES 2013.
 
This year the 2013 Conference will be giving away 2 Apple IPADs. To win an IPAD, delegates must match up a number provided to them at registration with a number at a vendor booth. Their will only be 2 matching numbers therefore 2 opportunities for delegates to win. Delegates will receive their number upon registration onsite at the conference and vendors will be provided with their number on Monday morning by Luc Deptuck, the 2013 Conference Coordinator.
