I hereby make application for membership in the Canadian Healthcare Engineering Society for the membership year and submit the following data for your consideration.

FEES: Includes National dues ($105) plus Chapter dues where applicable.

MEMBERSHIP TYPES/CATÉGORIES D'ADHÉSION:
Regular Membership:
Any person employed by a hospital, nursing home, or long term care facility; contract service provider working full time in a healthcare facility; healthcare agency or other healthcare service provider; or federal or provinicial healthcare ministry or agency.

Membre régulière: 
Toute personne employée par un hôpital, une maison de soins infirmiers ou un établissement de soins de longue durée; tout fournisseur de service contractuel travaillant à plein temps dans un établissement de santé; un organisme de santé ou un fournisseur de services de santé; un ministère ou un organisme de la santé fédéral ou provincial.

Associate Membership:
Any person who is employed by a business or organization supplying equipment, materials and/or services to the healthcare industry or healthcare facilities. 

Membre associé :
Toute personne employée par une entreprise ou une organisation qui fournit de l’équipement, du matériel ou des services à l’industrie de la santé ou à des établissements de santé.

Student Membership:
Any person following a course of study or training in plant engineering. 

Membre étudiant :
Toute personne qui suit des études ou une formation en ingénierie

Membership Type:

Membership includes membership in your local chapter, for the provinces of AB, BC, MB, NL, NS, NB, PE or ON.
Regular or Associate members.

CAD 120.00 per year.

All other provinces NT, NU, QC, SK, YT or outside of Canada.  No local chapter membership.
Regular or Associate Members.

CAD 105.00 per year.

Is available to all persons following a course of study or training in engineering.

1 year for CAD 20.00.
