Regular Membership
Is available to all persons active in the healthcare field in the areas of administration, planning and design, construction, operations and maintenance and other related disciplines.
 
Student Membership
Is available to all persons following a course of study or training in engineering which could, upon completion, make them eligible for membership.
 
Associate Membership
Is available to all individuals and organizations interested in the objectives pursued by the Society but who are peripherally involved in the delivery of healthcare services.
 
Honorary Membership
May be conferred by the Executive upon recommendation by the Membership Committee, to those individuals, not Members of the Society, who have contributed to the accomplishment of the objectives of the Society or who have performed special services for the Society.
 
Emeritus Membership
May be conferred by the Executive upon recommendation by the Membership Committee to members who have contributed to, but are no longer active in healthcare engineering, but are active in the Society.
